Benefits of SOFTWASHING

 

High presure jet washing can be useful and effective in some circumstances. However, jet washing can cause damage to some surfaces. Also, algaes and other green and dark organic stains often return quickly because jet washing alone usually fails to remove the spores and root of these problems.

 

QUICK-SMART will use pressure washing when appropriate including the use of long extension lances to access and clean some hard to reach areas around your home.

However, QUICK-SMART will aim to use our various SOFTWASH systems to deep clean and sanitize your exterior hard surfaces.

 

Our SOFTWASH systems use advanced, clever cleaning solutions which are skillfully sprayed onto any exterior hard surface; stone, brick, concrete, render, paving, timber or plastic. The SOFTWASH solution will deep clean and sanitize on contact within minutes and is then rinsed away with water at garden hose pressure.

There is no need for excessive jet washing or vigorous scrubbing.

 

Our SOFTWASH systems preserves and protects the integrity of the original surface where as jet washing can damage the decorative surfaces, joints, pointing and foundations.

 

BLOCK PAVING for example will deteriorate with excessive pressure washing.

The decorative granular surfaces can be blasted away. Also the sand joints will be washed away and the aggregate foundations undermined leading to subsidence of the blocks.
